Delivery and pickup
An agent will contact you within 2 weeks of your order availability date to schedule delivery or pickup. Please note that your order availability date is the latest date among all items ordered.

Visit our delivery page to view all of our preferential rates and delivery policies. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date your order is available for delivery, depending on your area.

You can also pick-up your order for free at our distribution center located in Quebec City. Pick-up of items is available by appointment only.
