Refund policy
Once delivered, all sales are considered final (non-exchangeable and non-refundable). Exceptionally, LUSINE may allow the return of merchandise in good condition within seven (7) days following its receipt.
We do not accept returns of bedding, blankets, and clearance merchandise.
The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Merchandise exchanges may be partial or refused if non-compliant, at LUSINE’s discretion.
Handling fees may be charged. These fees will be assessed according to the following criteria:
• Original packaging
• Length of use
• Condition of the merchandise
Delivery fees are non-refundable. If your merchandise was delivered damaged, please contact our after-sales service. If you pick up your furniture, you are responsible for the condition of the merchandise once it leaves our warehouse.

WARRANTY
We work with various suppliers and manufacturers, each offering their own warranty. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of one (1) year. Please contact us for more information.
The warranty is effective from the delivery date, which corresponds to the date on your invoice. This warranty is valid only if all usage and care instructions have been followed. It covers only major defects that may occur with the product. This warranty does not cover changes related to normal daily wear and tear or poor maintenance.
THE WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER:
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse
• Normal wood cracks
• Scratches or other damage caused by the buyer
• A product that has faded due to exposure to light
• Shrinking or pilling of materials
• Clearance merchandise
You must retain the serial numbers of all purchased products as well as the manufacturer’s tag on the furniture, failing which the warranty will be void. Please note that, given the artisanal production of our products, the finish of their surfaces will be similar to the display models presented in stores, though not identical.
Commercial clients are not covered by these warranties. Service plans do not apply to display models or commercial clients.
No warranty is offered on final sale products.
