Refund policy

Exchanges and Returns

For an exchange or return, you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. A member of our team will guide you through the appropriate steps based on your situation.

All sales of discounted products are final, meaning they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges of bedding and blankets.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unused, unmodified, and unwashed, and in its original packaging. Exchanges may be partial or refused if the merchandise is not compliant, at LUSINE's discretion.

Management fees may apply. These fees will be assessed based on the following criteria:

  • Original packaging
  • Duration of use
  • Condition of the merchandise

Delivery fees are non-refundable. If your merchandise was delivered damaged, please contact our customer service. If you pick up your furniture, you are responsible for the condition of the merchandise once it leaves our warehouse.

Warranty

Each product has its own warranty. Please refer to the warranty listed on the product's information page.

The warranty is effective from the date indicated on the proof of pick-up or delivery. In general, warranties only cover major defects that may occur with the product, such as a broken piece or accelerated deterioration of the finish due to a manufacturing defect.

Warranties DO NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use
  • Natural wood cracking
  • Scratches or other damage caused by the buyer
  • A product that has discolored due to exposure to light
  • Shrinking or pilling of materials
  • A discounted product
