PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

In the event that you notice a decrease in the regular price of an item following your purchase, we invite you to request a price adjustment.

If your product has not yet been delivered or picked up from our distribution center, you can request an adjustment. You will receive a refund corresponding to the difference between the two prices, payable on the same payment method as the purchase.

In case you already have the product, you will receive a credit corresponding to the difference between the two prices which will be applicable on a new purchase.

In both cases, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request the adjustment.

Please note that no contract will be automatically adjusted following a price reduction of our products.

This policy is valid only on regular priced products and does not apply to promotions. However, if the product you purchased becomes eligible for a promotion less than 7 days after your purchase, we will give you back the amount equivalent to the discount in a gift card for a future purchase. Promotions cannot be combined. If you have already benefited from a promotion during your initial purchase, the most advantageous one will be applied.

Our sale items are final sales, therefore no returns, refunds or price adjustments are applicable.

We would like to inform our customers that, in accordance with current regulations, price adjustments following a reduction after purchase are not a legal obligation for retailers.
