PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

In the event that you notice a price reduction on an item following your purchase, we invite you to request a price adjustment.

If your product has not yet been delivered or picked up from our distribution center, you can request an adjustment. You will receive a refund corresponding to the difference between the two prices, payable using the same payment method as the purchase.

If you already have the product, you will receive a credit corresponding to the difference between the two prices which will be applicable to a new purchase.

In both cases, you have 30 days following the date of purchase to request an adjustment.

Please note that no contract will be automatically adjusted following a price reduction of our products.

This policy is valid only on regularly priced products and does not apply to promotions. Our sale items constitute final sales, therefore no returns, refunds or price adjustments are applicable.

We would like to inform our customers that, in accordance with current regulations, adjusting prices following a reduction after purchase is not a legal obligation for retailers.
