DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICY

LUSINE agrees to inform you of merchandise availability within two (2) weeks of the date indicated on the order. You will finally get to know your new furniture! Choose the pickup option for this big day:

1- PICKUP AT OUR WAREHOUSE

PICKUP NOTICE
Pickup at our warehouse is free. You must always make an appointment before coming to the warehouse. An agent will contact you within 2 weeks of your order's availability date to schedule it.

Our warehouse is located at 1287 Rue Lescarbot, door 110, Quebec, QC G1N 3V2.

PICKUP DEADLINE FOLLOWING NOTICE
You agree to pick up your order within a maximum of two (2) weeks following the pickup notice (by appointment). If you wish to pick up your order beyond two (2) weeks, you must pay the balance of your order and validate LUSINE's storage availability and capacity.

If you pick up your order two (2) months after the pickup notice and without an agreement with LUSINE, interest of ten (10) percent (%) per month on the total invoice amount including taxes will apply.

If you exceed four (4) months after the pickup notice and without an agreement with LUSINE, we reserve the right to resell the order and the amount paid becomes exchangeable only and non-refundable.

ORDER LOADING
You must provide the necessary equipment for transporting the order and have prepared your vehicle to receive the order beforehand. If the clerk deems your vehicle unsuitable for receiving the order and there is a risk of breakage during transport, they will notify you and have you sign a waiver. The clerk may also take a photo to prove that loading carries a risk of breakage.

ORDER VERIFICATION
If you choose to pick up your order at the warehouse, by signing the pickup receipt, LUSINE considers that you accept your order in the condition received. If no breakage or defect is declared after the maximum 24-hour period, you become solely responsible for the products received, and any claim may incur additional charges. LUSINE is in no way responsible for replacing items damaged during transport. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport when picking up at our warehouse.

2- FURNITURE DELIVERY THROUGHOUT QUEBEC

Canada Day offer: Free delivery on online orders placed on July 1, 2026 only.

We offer free delivery in our preferred zones (regular delivery fee of $235). For other areas, enjoy a $235 discount on delivery fees.

Delivery is scheduled only when the order is ready. LUSINE agrees to contact you within two (2) weeks of the order's availability date to schedule delivery. We will communicate our availabilities based on your area and reserve your date. Your time slot will be confirmed the day before delivery.

CUSTOMER PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY
You are required to measure door frames and any spaces through which delivery personnel will need to pass to deliver your furniture, and you must ensure the passage is clear and sufficient. We recommend removing any objects that could be damaged during delivery. We strongly suggest removing decorative rugs that are in the delivery personnel's path. Otherwise, LUSINE reserves the right not to deliver and install the furniture in the intended location. Fees will be charged accordingly. If the delivery truck cannot reach the delivery point, you are required to notify our logistics manager to find a solution, or new delivery fees will be charged.

INSURANCE
For insurance reasons, delivery personnel cannot move furniture other than LUSINE's, i.e., that which is scheduled for delivery. It is also for this reason that they keep their shoes on during delivery.

AGENT DURING DELIVERY
If you appoint a third party to receive the furniture, this person must be 18 years of age or older. They are considered your representative, and their signature is equivalent to yours. LUSINE reserves the right to photograph the locations where items were deposited for warranty purposes.

INSPECTION FOLLOWING DELIVERY
You are required to inspect the products delivered to you before signing and paying the final invoice, if applicable. You are also responsible for immediately informing the delivery person of any anomalies; otherwise, LUSINE assumes you have approved the delivery and are satisfied with its contents. Once the delivery personnel have left the delivery location, if no breakage or defect is declared after the maximum 24-hour period, you become solely responsible for the products received, and any claim may incur additional charges.

3- DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES DELIVERY

This delivery method is valid for an order containing only products from the DECORATION section of the site.

When completing your purchase, if your address matches one of the zones below, a fixed rate of $25 will be offered. Please allow 10 business days following the order's availability date for merchandise receipt.
