DELIVERY
DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICY
LUSINE undertakes to notify you of the availability of the merchandise within two (2) weeks following the date indicated in the order. You will finally get to know your new furniture! Choose the option to take possession of this big day:
1- PICK UP AT OUR WAREHOUSE
PICKUP NOTICE
Pickup at our warehouse is free. You must make an appointment before coming to the warehouse. An agent will contact you within 2 weeks of your order's availability date to schedule your order.
Our warehouse is located at 1287 Rue Lescarbot, door 110, Quebec, QC G1N 3V2.
PICKUP DELAY FOLLOWING NOTICE
You agree to collect your order within a maximum of two (2) weeks following the collection notice (by appointment). If you wish to collect your order beyond two (2) weeks, you must pay the balance of your order and validate LUSINE's availability and storage capacity.
If you collect your order two (2) months after the collection notice and without an agreement made with LUSINE, interest of ten (10) percent (%) per month on the total amount of the invoice including taxes will apply.
If you exceed the collection notice by four (4) months and without an agreement made with LUSINE, we reserve the right to resell the order and the amount paid at that time becomes exchangeable only and non-refundable.
LOADING THE ORDER
You must provide the necessary equipment to transport the order and have previously prepared your vehicle to receive the order. If the clerk determines that your vehicle is not suitable for receiving the order and that there is a risk of damage during transport, he will notify you and have you sign a waiver. The clerk may also take a photo to prove that the load carries a risk of damage.
ORDER VERIFICATION
If you choose to pick up your order at the warehouse, by signing the proof of collection, LUSINE considers that you accept your order in the condition received. If no breakage or defect is reported after the maximum period of 24 hours, you become solely responsible for the products received and any claim may result in fees.
additional. LUSINE is not responsible for replacing items damaged during transport. You are responsible for any breakages that may occur during transport when you pick up from our warehouse.
2- DELIVERY OF FURNITURE ANYWHERE IN QUEBEC
Shipping is scheduled only when the order is ready. LUSINE will contact you within two (2) weeks of your order's availability date to arrange a delivery date. We will offer you our availability based on your area and reserve your time slot, which will be confirmed the day before delivery.

We are currently working on rolling out our delivery system across the entire province of Quebec. However, we have optimized certain regions with preferential rates, listed below.

Quebec region - $195

CUSTOMER PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY
You are responsible for measuring the door frame and any space through which delivery drivers will have to pass to deliver your furniture, and you must ensure that the passageway is clear and sufficient. We recommend removing any objects that could be damaged during delivery. We strongly suggest removing decorative rugs that are in the way of delivery drivers. Otherwise, LUSINE reserves the right not to deliver and install the furniture at the designated location. Fees will be charged accordingly. If the delivery truck cannot reach the delivery point, you are required to notify our logistics manager to find a solution, or new delivery fees will be charged.
INSURANCE
For insurance reasons, delivery drivers cannot move any furniture other than that of LUSINE, which is the furniture provided for delivery. This is also why they keep their shoes on during delivery.
AGENT UPON DELIVERY
If you appoint a third party to acknowledge receipt of the furniture, this person must be 18 years of age or older. This person is considered your representative and their signature becomes equivalent to yours. LUSINE reserves the right to take photographs of the location where the items have been deposited for warranty purposes.
INSPECTION AFTER DELIVERY
You are required to inspect the products delivered to you before signing and paying the final invoice, if applicable. You are also responsible for immediately informing the delivery person of any anomalies, otherwise, LUSINE assumes that you have approved the delivery and that you are satisfied with the contents of the delivery. Once the delivery persons have left the delivery location, if no breakage or defects are reported after the maximum period of 24 hours, you become solely responsible for the products received and any claim may result in additional costs.
3- DELIVERY OF DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES
This delivery method is valid for an order grouping only products from the DECORATION section of the site.
DELAYS AND RATES BY ZONE
When completing your purchase, if your address falls within one of the zones below, you will be offered a flat rate of $25. Please allow 10 business days from the order's availability date for delivery.
