To offer you more flexibility, we offer a payment option in two installments for certain selected products.
How does it work?
When you purchase an eligible product:
- 50% of the product price is paid at the time of ordering.
- The remaining 50%, plus taxes and delivery charges (if applicable), is collected once the delivery or pickup date has been confirmed with you.
Which products are eligible for this option?
This option is offered exclusively for the following categories:
- Dining tables
- Modular
- TV furniture
- Beds
- FAB Buffets
Other product categories must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Are taxes included in the first payment?
✔️ Order containing only eligible products
- The first payment of 50% is invoiced tax-free.
- Taxes and delivery fees are added to the second payment, collected once delivery or pickup is confirmed with you.
✔️ Order containing both eligible and ineligible products
- Ineligible products are charged in full upon ordering, including taxes.
- Eligible products benefit from payment in two installments.
When is the second payment debited?
The remaining balance (50% remaining + taxes + delivery charges, if applicable) is debited:
- Once the delivery date has been confirmed with you, following a call from our team.
- Once the date and time of pickup are confirmed, for orders picked up at the warehouse.
During this exchange, we will provide you with:
- The exact amount of the balance due,
- The time when the payment will be made.
Please ensure that the card used when placing the order is valid and has sufficient credit.
In-store pickup
The balance must be paid once the pickup is confirmed, and before the order is handed over.
Can I pay the balance in cash?
If you wish to pay the balance in cash, full payment must be made before pickup.
No order will be handed over without full payment.
Can I use a different card for the second payment?
No. The balance is debited from the same credit card used for the order.
Can I cancel my order after paying the first installment?
Cancellation with refund is possible within 48 hours of order confirmation.
After this period, handling fees may apply depending on the status of the order.
The amount of any applicable fees, if any, will be communicated to you before the cancellation is processed.
Important conditions
By choosing this option, you authorize the debiting of the balance on the card used when placing the order.
Failure to pay the balance may result in a delay in delivery or cancellation of the order.
