Payment in 2 installments online

To offer you more flexibility, we provide a two-installment payment option for certain selected products.

How does it work?

When you purchase an eligible product:

  • 50% of the product price is paid at the time of order.
  • The remaining 50%, along with taxes and delivery fees (if applicable), is collected once the delivery or pickup date is confirmed with you.

Which products are eligible for this option?

This option is available exclusively for products priced at $400 or more!

Other product categories must be paid in full at the time of order.

Are taxes included in the first installment?

✔️ Order containing only eligible products

  • The first 50% installment is billed without taxes.
  • Taxes and delivery fees are added to the second installment, collected once delivery or pickup is confirmed with you.

✔️ Order containing eligible and non-eligible products

  • Non-eligible products are billed in full at the time of order, taxes included.
  • Eligible products benefit from the two-installment payment option.

When is the second installment debited?

The outstanding balance is debited:

  • Once the delivery date is confirmed with you, following a call from our team.
  • Once the pickup date and time are confirmed, for orders picked up at the warehouse.

During this exchange, we will inform you of:

  • The exact amount of the outstanding balance,
  • When the payment will be processed.

Please ensure that the card used for the order is valid and has sufficient credit.

In-store pickup

The balance must be paid once the pickup is confirmed, and before the order is released.

Can I pay the balance in cash?

If you wish to pay the balance in cash, the full payment must be made before pickup.

No order will be released without full payment.

Can I use another card for the second installment?

No. The balance is debited from the same credit card used for the order.

Can I cancel my order after paying the first installment?

A cancellation with refund is possible within 48 hours of order confirmation.

After this period, management fees may apply depending on the order status.

The amount of any applicable fees will be communicated to you before the cancellation is processed.

Please note that some orders cannot be cancelled, particularly if they are already being processed, in production, or in transit for delivery.

Important conditions

By choosing this option, you authorize the debit of the balance from the card used for the order.

Failure to pay the balance may result in a delay in delivery or cancellation of the order.
