Delivery and pick-up

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP POLICY

LUSINE commits to notifying you of merchandise availability within two (2) weeks following the date indicated on the order. You will finally meet your new furniture! Choose your pick-up option for this big day:

1- WAREHOUSE PICK-UP

PICK-UP NOTICE
Pick-up at our warehouse is free of charge. You must always make an appointment before coming to the warehouse. An agent will contact you within 2 weeks of your order's availability date to schedule it.

Our warehouse is located at 1287 Rue Lescarbot, door 110, Quebec, QC G1N 3V2.


PICK-UP DEADLINE FOLLOWING NOTICE
You agree to pick up your order within a maximum of two (2) weeks following the pick-up notice (by appointment). If you wish to pick up your order beyond two (2) weeks, you must pay the balance of your order and confirm LUSINE's availability and storage capacity.

If you pick up your order two (2) months after the pick-up notice and without an agreement made with LUSINE, interest of ten (10) percent (%) per month on the total invoice amount including taxes will apply.

If you exceed four (4) months from the pick-up notice and without an agreement made with LUSINE, we reserve the right to resell the order and the amount paid becomes exchangeable only and non-refundable.

ORDER LOADING
You must provide the necessary equipment for transporting the order and have previously prepared your vehicle to receive the order. If the clerk deems that your vehicle is not suitable for receiving the order and there are risks of damage during transport, they will notify you and have you sign a waiver. The clerk may also take a photo to prove that the loading carries risks of damage.

ORDER VERIFICATION
If you choose to pick up your order at the warehouse, by signing the pick-up receipt, LUSINE considers that you accept your order in the condition received. If no damage or defect is reported after the maximum 24-hour period, you become solely responsible for the products received and any claim may incur additional charges. LUSINE is in no way responsible for replacing items damaged during transport. You are responsible for damage that may occur during transport when picking up at our warehouse.


2- FURNITURE DELIVERY THROUGHOUT QUEBEC

Delivery is scheduled only when the order is ready. LUSINE commits to contacting you within two (2) weeks following the order's availability date to schedule delivery. We will communicate our availability according to your sector and reserve your date. Your time slot will be confirmed the day before delivery.

Estimated delivery time up to 2 weeks after the order availability date.

Montreal Region - $235
Estimated delivery time up to 2 weeks after the order availability date.

Central Quebec - $235
Estimated delivery time up to 4 weeks after the order availability date.

Saguenay - $295
Estimated delivery time up to 4 weeks after the order availability date.

Beauce - $235
Estimated delivery time up to 4 weeks after the order availability date.

Sherbrooke - $295
Estimated delivery time up to 4 weeks after the order availability date.

Bas-Saint-Laurent - $335
Estimated delivery time up to 4 weeks after the order availability date.

CUSTOMER PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY
You are required to measure doorways and any space through which delivery personnel must pass to deliver your furniture and you must ensure that the passage is clear and sufficient. We recommend removing any objects that could be damaged during delivery. We strongly suggest removing decorative rugs that are in the delivery personnel's path. Otherwise, LUSINE reserves the right not to deliver and install the furniture at the intended location. Fees will be charged accordingly. If the delivery truck cannot reach the delivery point, you are required to notify our logistics manager to find a solution or new delivery fees will be charged.

INSURANCE
For insurance reasons, delivery personnel cannot move furniture other than LUSINE's, meaning only the furniture scheduled for delivery. This is also why they keep their shoes on during delivery.

AGENT FOR DELIVERY
If you authorize a third party to acknowledge receipt of the furniture, this person must be 18 years of age or older. They are considered your representative and their signature is equivalent to yours. LUSINE reserves the right to photograph the locations where items were deposited for warranty purposes.

INSPECTION FOLLOWING DELIVERY
You are required to inspect the products delivered to you before signing and paying the final invoice, if applicable. You are also responsible for immediately informing the delivery person of any anomalies; otherwise, LUSINE assumes that you have approved the delivery and are satisfied with its content. Once the delivery personnel have left the delivery location, if no damage or defect is reported after the maximum 24-hour period, you become solely responsible for the products received and any claim may incur additional charges.

3- DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES DELIVERY


This delivery method is valid for an order consisting only of products from the DECORATION section of the site.

When completing your purchase, if your address matches one of the zones below, a fixed rate of $25 will be offered to you. Please allow 10 business days following the order availability date for merchandise reception.
