Warranty
We work with various suppliers and manufacturers, each offering their own warranty. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of one (1) year. We invite you to contact us for more information.
The warranty is effective from the delivery date, which corresponds to the date of your invoice. This warranty is valid only if all recommendations for use and maintenance have been followed. It only covers major anomalies that may occur with the product. This warranty does not cover changes related to daily and normal wear of the product or improper maintenance. You must keep the serial numbers of all products purchased as well as the manufacturer's label on the furniture, otherwise the warranty will be void. Please note that, given the artisanal production of our manufacturing products, the surface finish will be similar to the demonstrators presented in stores, although not identical.
Commercial customers are not covered by these warranties. Service plans do not apply to demonstrators or commercial customers.
No warranty is offered on final sale products.
Return and exchange
Once delivered, all sales are considered final (non-exchangeable and non-refundable). Exceptionally, LUSINE may authorize the return of merchandise in good condition within seven (7) days of receipt. In the event of a return, transportation and depreciation costs may be charged. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of bedding, blankets, or sale merchandise.
