Your mission as a Design & Sales Specialist will be to offer an exceptional in-store experience. By welcoming visitors as at home, with hospitality and attention, you will create sincere bonds with our guests and you will have the chance to make a difference in their daily lives.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

CREATE BONDS

• Bring our unique and friendly experience to life in stores;
• Create a sincere bond with the client and continue the relationship by carrying out various follow-ups;
• Keep in touch by ensuring complete satisfaction after taking possession of the order.

CREATE DREAM SPACES

• Understand the customer's needs, their lifestyle and what they are looking to experience in their living space;
• Master and present the different options available to customers in terms of products and services;
• Support the customer at all stages, from selection to quote, until ordering;

CURATING THE STORE'S ATMOSPHERE

• Ensure that the store is clean and presentable as if you were entertaining at home;
• Ensuring that our beverage options are not empty;
• Carry out the opening and closing of the crates (balancing the crates).

DREAM BIG

• You will be required to get involved in projects that will propel LUSINE even further, such as participating in brainstorms on our future concepts, our experience and/or our product offering!

TO BE THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR, YOU MUST:

• Be passionate about authentic human interaction and communicate with ease;
• Be motivated to achieve sales objectives;
• Speak French (fluent)
• Have a strong interest in design and decoration;
• Be rigorous and have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
