Medway | An Interior Designed for Living

A Lévis-based company specializing in medical clinic management and real estate development, Groupe Medway is reimagining living and working spaces through projects that combine functionality with architectural quality.

For the model unit at the Medway Faro Complex in Saint-Romuald, LUSINE designed a 4½-room layout where every choice contributes to a sense of space, fluidity, and coherence. A palette of light colors, warm materials, and sleek furniture come together to create a bright and timeless interior.

From the living room to the dining room and into the bedroom, the design strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality, making the most of every square meter without compromising comfort.

The goal: to create a space that is both inspiring and accessible, where everyone can easily picture themselves living there and imagine their daily life.
