We offer a turnkey cleaning and repair service to protect your furniture from the hazards of life. To find out all the details or to make a purchase, contact our advisors directly.

An agent will contact you within 2 weeks of your order's availability date to schedule delivery or pickup. Please note that the availability date of your order corresponds to the furthest date among all the items ordered.

Visit our section shipping to view all our preferential rates as well as our delivery policies. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks following the availability date of your order for delivery, depending on your sector.

You can also pick-up your order for free at our distribution center located in Quebec City. Pick-up of items is available by appointment only.

Warranty
We work with different suppliers and manufacturers, each offering their own warranty. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of one (1) year. We invite you to contact us for more information.

The warranty is effective from the delivery date which corresponds to the date of your invoice. This warranty is valid only if all recommendations for use and maintenance have been respected. It only covers major anomalies that may occur with the product. This warranty does not cover changes related to daily and normal wear and tear of the product or poor maintenance. You must keep the serial numbers of all products purchased as well as the manufacturer's label on the furniture, otherwise the warranty will be void. Please note that, considering the artisanal production of our manufacturing products, the finish of their surface will be similar to the demonstrators presented in stores, although not identical.

Commercial customers are not covered by these warranties. Service plans do not apply to demonstrators or commercial customers.

No warranty is offered on final sale products.

Return and exchange
Not satisfied with your purchase? Contact our after sales service within 14 days of taking possession of your order. A return or exchange can be made according to our satisfaction policy.
