Guarantee
We work with different suppliers and manufacturers, each offering their own warranty. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of one (1) year. We invite you to contact us for more information.
The warranty is effective from the delivery date which corresponds to the date of your invoice. This warranty is valid only if all recommendations for use and maintenance have been followed. It only covers major anomalies that may occur with the product. This warranty does not cover changes related to daily and normal wear and tear of the product or poor maintenance. You must keep the serial numbers of all products purchased as well as the manufacturer's label on the furniture, otherwise the warranty will be void. Please note that, considering the artisanal production of our manufacturing products, the finish of their surface will be similar to the demonstrators presented in stores, although not identical.
Commercial customers are not covered by these warranties. Service plans do not apply to demonstrators or commercial customers.
No warranty is offered on final sale products.
