DEADLINES AND SPECIFICATIONS

The valid deadline is that indicated on your order. We are committed to doing everything in our power to meet this deadline, but there may be delays beyond the control of LUSINE. In such a situation, we undertake to notify customers of the new deadlines and LUSINE is, under no circumstances, held responsible for the delays caused. These can, among other things, be caused by a stock shortage, a delay in processing the order at the subcontractor or a delay in transport.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

You are responsible for making appropriate use of your purchase. No breakage resulting from abusive and/or inappropriate use will be covered. Contact us if you have any questions regarding the use and maintenance of our products.

For washing sofa or sectional covers, we recommend cleaning by a professional. For small stains, clean them quickly with a damp cloth. If you have purchased a service plan and a stain persists, please contact the supplier directly. The contact details can be found in the service plan contract given at pick-up or delivery.

For customers who opt for real leather, please note that this may have some imperfections which are considered normal and not a defect, for example insect bites or coarse graining. As for aged leather, it marks easily. We recommend purchasing a maintenance kit that includes a product that provides the hydration that leather requires.

WARRANTIES

The warranties only cover major anomalies that could occur with the product such as a piece breaking or accelerated deterioration of the finish following a manufacturing defect. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, scratches or other damage caused by the purchaser, product discoloration from exposure to light, shrinkage or pilling of materials. The warranty is effective from the date written on the proof of pick-up or delivery.

Ten (10) year warranty on springs and structure, two (2) years on cushions, foams and mechanisms and one (1) year on the covering, mattresses and electrical components. Two (2) year warranty on tables and chairs. After the first year, this warranty only covers parts and materials and not the labor required for repairs. Fees may apply.

EXCLUSION

Demonstrators and commercial customers are not covered by these warranties and are not eligible for service plans.

CLAIM (SERVICE CALL)

Complaints and service requests must be made promptly, within 14 days after the defect could have been discovered by the buyer. Claims must be submitted in writing to LUSINE and photos of each claimed item are required. A photo of the label under the furniture is required by the subcontractor. Each case is subject to the subcontractor who determines whether the warranty applies. If so, the subcontractor determines whether the product is replaced or repaired.
