Price adjustment policy

Promotions

If the product you purchased becomes eligible for a promotion within 7 days of your order date, we will offer you the equivalent of the discount in a gift card, applicable on a future purchase. Promotions cannot be combined. If a promotion has already been applied to your initial purchase, the most advantageous one will be retained.

Price reduction

If there is a price decrease on an item after your purchase, you can request a price adjustment, under the following conditions:

• If the product has not yet been delivered or collected from our distribution center, we will adjust the price directly on your invoice.

• If you already own the product, you will be offered a credit corresponding to the difference between the two prices. This credit will be applicable to a future purchase.

Please note that no contract will be automatically adjusted as a result of a price reduction. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit an adjustment request.

Items on sale

Sale items are considered final sale. No returns, refunds or price adjustments are applicable.
