We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products. We promise to offer you our very best, at the best possible price, with the assurance that we will never let you down!

For an exchange or return, you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. A member of our team will guide you on the appropriate steps based on your situation.

All sales of products on sale are final, therefore non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges of bedding and blankets.

The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, unmodified and unwashed and in its original packaging. Merchandise exchanges may be partial or refused if non-compliant, at the discretion of LUSINE.

Management fees may apply. Management fees will be assessed based on the following criteria:

  • Original package
  • Duration of use
  • Condition of the goods

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your merchandise was delivered damaged, please contact our customer service. If you are picking up your furniture, you are responsible for the condition of the merchandise once it has left our warehouse.

WARRANTY

Each product has its own warranty. Refer to the warranty displayed on the product page.

The warranty is effective from the date listed on the pick-up or delivery receipt. Generally, warranties only cover major anomalies that may occur with the product, such as a part breaking or accelerated deterioration of the finish due to a manufacturing defect.

Warranties DO NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use
  • Normal wood cracks
  • Scratches or other damage caused by the buyer
  • Discoloration due to exposure to light
  • Shrinking or pilling of materials
  • Discounted products
